Please review the following information if you are receiving any chemical services. These items could cause a negative chemical reaction to your hair when mixed with salon chemical services.
Permed or Relaxed Hair- chemicals may cause a negative reaction to lightening services.
Thermal Damage- over use of hot tools. Including flat irons, curling irons, wands, and/or blowdryers.
Previous or current over processed hair- repeatedly layering dyes over porous pre-lightened hair or over lightening hair with a lightening agent.
Taking prescription medications- that alters the bonds of the hair
Use of vegetable or henna dyes- chemicals may cause a negative reaction when using lightening services.
Your personal color history and the use of medications must be divulged when consulting with your stylist. If you are currently under the care of a doctor, it is your responsibility to research if color/chemical services are compatible with prescription medication or medical treatment you are using or have used prior to your chemical appointment.
MEGHAN'S PRIORITY IS TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SALON SERVICES. EVERY CLIENT MUST BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
*DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR OR SCALP, AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALON/STYLIST.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are top priority at SALON BOND. I understand that scheduling conflicts may happen. I kindly request at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations/reschedules.
SALON BOND'S 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please keep in mind that when you forget, no show or cancel your appointment without notice Meghan misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time. In turn clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
*LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
*NO SHOWING AN APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
* ADVANCED COLORS SERVICES, KERATIN SMOOTHING TREATMENTS, AND/OR SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS MUST BE HELD WITH A CREDIT CARD OR DEPOSIT. IF CANCELED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR VISIT YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
A DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT TIME.
